Central Heating Cover

Often your boiler will breakdown because of leaks with your heating system. This care plan gives total heating system peace of mind from as little as 55p per day with the added bonus of our 24 hour response guarantee.

Care Plan 55 covers: Boiler and all internal components, pump, radiators, radiator valves, central heating pipework and heating controls.

This plan also includes a free annual boiler service and gas safety check.

After we have received initial payment, we will contact you to arrange your free boiler service and inspection. Please ensure an email address and telephone number is available so that we can contact you to arrange a convenient time.

  • Removing and damage caused by sludge and scale
  • Replacing taps and replacing/ repairing showers **see our ‘At cost service’
  • Stop cock and water supply to the property
  • Shared/ blocked drains
  • Electrical appliances
  • Outside lights and lights not attached to outbuildings.

At cost service:

At First Call we like to look after our customers therefore we offer our ‘At cost Service’. This means if you require any upgrade work we will carry out the work ‘at cost’. This even includes upgrading you boiler and heating system. This is an unrivalled offer exclusive to First Call Care Plan customers.
